HIGH ABOVE THE GROUND
PIZZA CAPSULE
It may sound weirdo to say a think like that but sometimes restricions make follow new design methods to make our choices. in that case the restriction is the space where you to manage two functionalities.
From one side you have to first make a fully equiped industriel kitchen in order to fufill the pizza demand needs of the area. on the other side, making the rest of the capsule considiring our natural needs as humans to survive as (eating space, sleeping area and hygine room).

PIZZA MAKING PROCESS
Before designing an industrial pizza kitchen we need to know first the major need for a pizza making process.
DOUGHT PREPARATION
There is no pizza if you don't make a dought first. For that purpuse, we will need a whole counter just for dought since we need to enlare it to make a 40 cm pizza and also mixing all the ingridients.
SAUCES AND TOPPINGS
To be succesful in making pizza you should optimize the quality of your toppings and you tomato sauce. that's why, you will need first a counter to prepare all the possible toppings as muchrooms, cutting onions, rapping cheese and preparing the meat or chicken. Then, you need a counter to put your toppings on the made dough. you will need to equip them with a lot of gastronormes in order to have a continous supply on the pick point. Thus you will need also to keep the sauce hot after making it. So, a big heated tank will do the job
COOKING, FINILAZING AND BOXING
After your pizza is made you will need to cook it. the only problem with pizza oven is that they are huge and so heavy. In order to surpace that problem, i will just use electric ovens with chamber size that's enough for pizza. Those oven capacities is about two pizza at time. Even if they still take time that will be the optimal solution in this case. Then you are going to present it. It is really important how you show your final product. we will again specify a new counter under the serving window where you'll do the boxing part and add the last top-ups and granitures.

MINIMIZE THE SPACE
In order to fufill all the human need and manage what's left from the space properly we had to minimize the space reagrding the ergonomics of the human body. in order to design it properly you need to know first how to fit the capsule user into different furniture and then minimize all the extra space. You should also check the accecibilty for all storage compartements.

Storage Units
it consists of 30% of the total space. finding storing spots on a such small kind of space may be hard in beging but after you way alternatives easily. For me, most of my storage is overhead on the rooms roof. It is mostly used for personal storage as clothes and personal stuff in addition to a 60x60x180 cm closet near the capsule door where you can put in used clothes on vertical hangers to avoid shrinking clothes. on the other part, for the kitchen, i have manage a place for a big undercounter fridge. it will be seperated into different sigements. for dry elements i have the area under the counter on the opposite side where you stock all of them. i choosed to stock the boxing cartons and other left bottles on the overhead containers.
